Just come back from our third visit to hull. We took a trip to the lovely town of york on saturday for a bit of shopping. Jean has the difficult first week behind her but week two is the full 5 days and hopefully not too tough for mother and daughter. Sophie was s dream for the flight back played with everyone and had a great time. Got back from hull via manchester and köln at about 11:30 last night and she was still in good form. Just as well as she was totally nuts on the way there last thursday!

Seeing mum off at the airport. Jean started her new job in hull on tuesday and we will commute for a month until i finish work here in germany at the end of the month. Sophie is staying here during the week with me and being looked after by our friends adriana and simon.

Hi there. Opening a new door. Sorry there have been few pics recently. The free blog ran out of space so i had to buy a subscription. Normal service to be resumed. In fact now that i an paying i should really be more active!

And a quick stop off in Laytown to meet the folks again before heading back to Dusseldorf.

Not too many pics over Christmas this year – sorry about that! Here is a nice one leaving Nenagh to travel back to Laytown, then Dusseldorf.

I am about to be whacked about the head with a remote control. Must be one of those universal remotes – you can use them for anything.
