Rather better on the outside – which is just brilliant and forward looking. The conference area featured inside however features a recreated ‘staircase’ which seems to be a big deal for those who’ve seen the movie.
Ok I have seen some of the movie but only under duress! A bit strange to have titanium cladding outside and oak panelling inside!
Speaking about mobile payments today at the Mobey Forum in Belfast. The Titanic centre is pretty impressive. One speaker in an effort to be topical compared his company to an iceberg. Hidden depths yes, but one did sink the Titanic.
Must get myself an ‘It was alright when it left here’ t-shirt.
No wind, so no Kites. But teddybear parachuting was a highlight! We met up with Mike, Sheena and their boys Joe and Luke.
The decking was finished yesterday. Not quite in time for Lauren’s birthday party, but it was in good enough shape for the party and the kids absolutely love it. There was a brief discussion about whether we really needed a trampoline any more but seems the younger view has prevailed. We need to get something growing in those planters now!
