We’ve just celebrated Jenny’s Christening, followed in short order by William’s 40th. We bailed at 4am but the singing went on until 5:30 apparently. We are contemplating the journey up to Laytown today, to celebrate Owen’s 40th. Here are some pics of the Christening.

In Gilnas in Laytown with Owen for a couple of friendly pints. There’s a great trad band here currently singing the auld triangle. Laytown is full of fecking Dubliners these days!!
After a rather nasty malware attack on the site, we are back in action. I say action, not that there’s been much on here for a while, but given that I nearly lost 8 years of family album I believe I may start to pay it some attention again. I got an email from bluehost to say that this site, as well as idlebones, jellyball, etc, were infected – with over 2500 files affected.
I’ve got Jellyball back up too but need to fix idlebones, and the associated photo galleries. Here is a test pic – Sophie’s 8th birthday cake – I will make up for it with a lot of pics over christmas!
