Just started today. Apparently she nearly grabbed the spoon from Jean’s hand so I guess she is ready for it…..

The decorator said the plaster was blown on this wall and sure enough a few belts of the hammer brought down most of the plaster. I just had to strip off the lats and then start reboarding. Got it almost finished today but wrecked after it. I have to do the same one floor up tomorrow!
Because despite having great subject matter in this little girl we are all very unsettled because of the major building problems we are having. Our builder has just made a total mess of the overall cellar conversion and other works throughout the house. We have started to work with other trades direct so we should be able to move back in two weeks from now and enjoy our new kitchen and redecorated house. The cellar will have to be closed up for a while. Lauren however is brilliant. Doing really well and just starting to laugh heartily at Sophie who she loves. She is about to move onto solids. We may wait to get into our own house to start that. Sophie has started ballet classes and loving that. She is also still doing well with her swimming classes and other activities. Jeanie is stressed but positive and starting to make lots of friends around town.
